Monica has been a dedicated Clinic Manager of GWCIM for over 12 years, overseeing all administrative clinical operations. Every day, she ensures that GWCIM runs smoothly, meticulously managing personnel, supplies, and documentation.

Renowned for her excellent problem-solving skills, Monica is the go-to person for any inquiries related to billing, scheduling, provider and service information, and all kinds of questions from both patients and providers. Her friendly nature, outstanding social skills, and deep understanding of all clinic functions make her a true star of our clinic team and a wonderful support person to the patients.

Monica’s passion for the work at GWCIM, particularly in mental health, has been a profound inspiration. Aspiring to advance her career in psychology, she is dedicated to deepening her understanding of mental health issues and making meaningful contributions to the well-being of others.

Outside of the clinic, Monica loves to cook, grow and take care of plants, spend time with family and her big dog Logan, and travel.
